10th Anniversary Commemoration of Dr. Rongxiang Xu’s Passing

A decade after the passing of internationally renowned medical innovator Dr. Rongxiang Xu, more than 100 attendees from the United States and China gathered to honor his legacy during a series of commemorative events held from April 22 to 24, 2025. The ceremonies, hosted by the National Rongxiang Xu Foundation, paid tribute to the late founder of Mebo Group and pioneer in regenerative burn treatment.

P1088711The three-day commemoration began at Rose Hills Memorial Park in Whittier, California, where Dr. Xu is laid to rest. Family members, colleagues, and dignitaries came together for a flower-laying tribute, led by Dr. Xu’s wife, Dr. Li Li, and his son, Kevin Xu. In deeply personal speeches, they reflected on Dr. Xu’s profound contributions to medical science and his unwavering commitment to healing and innovation.

“Ten years may have passed, but his mission lives on stronger than ever,” said Kevin Xu. “He built more than a company—he built a legacy of care and global collaboration.”

The event also featured remarks from government officials and esteemed representatives from scientific institutions in both the U.S. and China, underscoring the far-reaching impact of Dr. Xu’s work across international borders.

These gatherings highlighted Dr. Xu’s instrumental role in expanding regenerative medical technologies and advancing Mebo Group’s global healthcare initiatives.

Attendees from Mebo Group, Skingenix Inc., and the National Rongxiang Xu Foundation celebrated Dr. Xu’s pioneering spirit and the ongoing mission to transform burn treatment and regenerative medicine.
